1. Can you customize the hotel lock system?

Yes, we can customize the hotel lock system according to your requirements.

2. Could you put my logo on your software?

Yes, pls provide your background and contact details, we can make it.

3. Could you translate the software in my own language?

Yes, if you could translate the softwae language for us, we can make it. It is very easy. Take one or two days to finish.

4. How many material type do you have?

Mainly 3 types: zinc alloy, stainless steel and alluminium alloy.

5. What is your MOQ?

No MOQ for stand items. OEM order MOQ is 100pcs.

6. Can you send free samples?

We send out hundreds of samples out every month. I am afraid we cannot provide them free of charge. But after mass production order is placed, we can deduct the sample charge from total amount.

7. What is your payment terms?

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

8. What is your delivery date?

The delivery date is about 5-45 days after receipt of payment.

9. How long could you finish one order normally?

Depends on order qty, normally 20days for 300pcs.
